LOCATION

St Mary’s Mount is a large-scale façade package in Leeds, delivered across two blocks as part of a £2m+ contract. Bamboo Facade Installations were appointed to undertake a comprehensive external envelope scope, including standing seam cladding to walls and roofs, rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, windows, and rooflights. The works also incorporate parapet copings and bespoke feature brise soleil elements, requiring close coordination with the architect, main contractor, and supply chain partners. The project is being delivered over an 18-month programme, with Block A scheduled for completion in October 2025 and Block B commencing in November 2025, demonstrating Bamboo’s capability to manage complex, multi-phase façade installations at scale.
