Fire remediation works full strip and reclad (2,500m2)

LOCATION

Crown & Manor is a fire remediation project in London involving the full strip and re-clad of an existing residential façade. Bamboo Facade Installations were appointed to deliver 2,500m² of replacement cladding, utilising Cedral Click and Marley Equitone systems as part of a £700k contract delivered over a 12-month programme. The scope required intensive site management and logistics, with up to 25 operatives working concurrently across multiple teams. Strict QA reporting was maintained throughout the project in line with agreed client and Bamboo standards, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a high-quality finish on a live residential site. The scheme demonstrates Bamboo’s capability in managing complex fire remediation works safely and efficiently at scale.
