Bamboo Facade Installations were appointed as system subcontractor to remove the existing windows and install new Schüco Jansen steel window systems, delivering a high-quality upgrade while maintaining the building’s architectural integrity. The £500k contract was delivered over a six-month programme and included full coordination of site activities, logistics, and comprehensive QA reporting. Successfully completed in January 2025, the project demonstrates Bamboo’s expertise in managing complex window replacement works within constrained urban environments and occupied commercial settings.
